Orthodontics

Orthodontics is the branch of dentistry that examines and treats anomalies in teeth and jaws, jaw relationships, chewing function, and facial aesthetics. Orthodontic specialists monitor the dental and skeletal development of children from the age of 7. Early disorders that may occur are diagnosed, and preventive and corrective treatments are applied. During childhood, the goal is to achieve proper jaw relationships and functions such as breathing, speech, and swallowing.

In adulthood, existing misalignments are treated to enhance facial and smile aesthetics. Our orthodontic treatment options include braces with a metallic appearance, ceramic braces for a more aesthetic look, lingual braces, and transparent aligners.
